Your Chiropractor

Dr. Heaven Londot, D.C. is a licensed chiropractor serving the families of Fort Worth. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, she attended Louisiana State University where she graduated in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. During her time as a pre-med student, she worked at Pennington Biomedical Research Center where her participation in a study on Krabbe Disease was published in the Journal of Behavioural Brain Research. Krabbe's disease is an inherited disorder that destroys the protective coating of nerve cells in the brain and throughout the nervous system in babies. ​She would later go on to specialize in nervous system disorders with a focus on children, in her work as a doctor of chiropractic.

Dr. Heaven's life experiences led her to developing a passion for alternative medicine and a preventative wellness approach to health. As a young girl, she herself had a life-changing experience with chiropractic. At age 14, she fractured her spine in two places during a major growth spurt and training for a nationally ranked competitive cheerleading team. While sports medicine specialists told her she would never cheer again, and that she may face paralysis one day due to the damage, her family chiropractor taught her about the body's innate ability to heal itself when the nervous system is functioning properly. She went on to cheer competitively for 5 years and even made it onto ESPN. She knew she wanted to be a doctor that had the ability to  help others regain hope. Then, it was during her senior year at LSU, that her father unexpectedly passed away of stage 4 cancer at only 48 years old. This led her to question the "why" behind science and to ultimately discover the importance of wellness and prevention and the root cause of illnesses.

In 2012, she exchanged her pre-med title for chiropractic and moved to Dallas, Texas to attend chiropractic school at Parker University. She received her Doctorate in Chiropractic in April of 2016, and was blessed to do her associateship under the late Dr. Crisp at Beautiful Beginnings Birth Center in Fort Worth, TX with midwives Amanda Prouty and Susan Taylor.

In 2017, she decided to open her own practice, Heavenly Spines, in Willow Park, TX.

Dr Heaven is Webster Certified, a technique specific for prenatal patients and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association. She is known to help babies get into a optimal position for birth using this technique and training with midwives. Her favorite chiropractic moments are adjusting women in labor and newborns in their first few minutes of life. She enjoys being a positive role model, inspiring many of her younger patients to choose chiropractic as their career choice and go on to attend chiropractic school. In her free time, she loves to explore with her golden retriever, Teddy, who moonlights as a service dog at her office. She loves kids and would work as a Disney princess if her schedule allowed it!

 

In 2024, Dr. Heaven became a mommy herself & gave birth to twins, sweet Miles and Rosalie. She credits chiropractic care for an amazing birth - double vaginal, born 3 minutes apart, posterior & breech presentation - and for thriving babies who adapt so resiliently they amaze her every day. To her surprise, they were born 10 weeks premature and spent 47 days in the NICU before coming home. As a first-time single mom, she had to take quite a bit of time off of work as she adjusted to her new full-time job at home caring for premie twins. However, as of December 2025, she is officially back in office and ready to serve again. She feels fortunate for being able to stay home with them for so long, and ultimately grateful for her wonderful patients and ongoing practice that allowed her the ability in doing so.
