FIRST VISIT
What to Expect
Before your first visit, the doctor will thoroughly go over your intake forms that you completed online during the scheduling process. During your first visit, you will have an initial consultation with the doctor where she will review your history and go over your concerns to see if chiropractic care is right for you.
After your consultation, the doctor will perform a physical examination to asses your spinal health, including range of motion testing, posture assessment, muscle testing, neurological findings, and orthopedic tests. After your exam, the doctor will be able to locate any spinal misalignments or areas that aren't moving properly, and make a correction on your first visit by performing an adjustment. In our office, we can accommodate your preferences by using a combination of manual techniques (popping/cracking), and/or gentle low force techniques such as instrument adjusting and drop tables. We use pregnancy pillows to lend the proper care for expecting moms and infant adjustments. (we do not perform manual adjustments on infants, we use light pressure similar to a baby massage)

At the end of your first visit, we will schedule a follow-up for you within a week's time, where the doctor will check your spine again and go over your recommendations for care. At the end of your second visit, we will work with you to schedule out your visits based on your personalized treatment plan. As you approach the end of your treatment plan, the doctor will do a short progress evaluation to asses your healing and help you transition from relief care to maintenance and then optimal health and wellness. We look forward to being a part of your family's health journey!
Directions: use Apple Maps or Google Maps and type in Heavenly Spines. The office is located inside of the Lynch Legacy building. (You will see a teal blue Lynch Legacy sign). Come inside and take a right into suite 122. Have a seat in our waiting area and we’ll be right with you.
FAQ's
Please contact us with any questions or inquiries you may have about our office.
Do you take insurance?
In order to make our services affordable for ALL individuals and families, we do not file the care you receive in our office to insurance. This allows us to keep our costs low and pass those savings directly on to you. We have set our fees to be comparable, if not less than most co-pays. We DO however accept HSA and flex spending cards.

Can I get a same-day appointment?
Of course. We have a convenient online booking system with a waitlist option to get in same day.
Do you offer financing options?
On your follow up visit, the doctor will go over your treatment plan of recommended care.  On this visit, she will also go over financial options to suit your needs and goals. We also offer family wellness plans and special military discounts (active duty only).
